Through the use of its legal consultants and a network of lawyers, GE.RI. is able to intervene successfully in support of the recovery work both in and out of Court.

The pool working on litigation brings added value to the PROTECTION offered to clients by GE.RI. intervening in the management of credit positions where the counterpart has placed the matter in the hands of his lawyer or another qualified interlocutor.

GE.RI. co-ordinates LEGAL proceedings aimed at the recovery of credit for its clients through its network of lawyers, distributed throughout Italy and managed by the internal Litigation Office.
